The goal is that they will be eager to learn, work well together, be a very productive team, leverage strengths, express interests, push through challenges and get the job done.
From the classroom to the computer lab. From the learning lab to the construction site. Online courses, in-person classes, on-the-job training, hands-on workshops, and job shadowing. Construction skills, life skills and job skills. Once the 20-week program cycle is completed, each individual will have a good idea of their next steps.
