Jerry Anderson

Do School Founder and Executive Director

Jerry is the owner of a landscape and renovation business, Impact Solutions of the Triad LLC, which services homeowners and small businesses in surrounding communities.

Willette Mosby-Reynolds

Operations

Willette is an experienced consultant with more than 25 years of training administration, facilitation and project management skills. Her passion is helping others grow: personal and professional development of individuals, as well as process improvement for organizations.

Mother of 3 daughters. Grandmother of 2 grandsons, and a little princess. Beloved auntie to many.

Jake Morgan

Site Superintendent

Jake has more than 17 years of construction experience and managed his own construction business for 13 years. He has trained dozens of people in various areas of construction and has rebuilt and remodeled homes as well as new construction additions. Jake loves teaching and mentoring youth/young adults. And he looks forward to working with training cohorts and giving new life to these homes. He oversees the rehab and live learning experience of each property. Jake is married and the father of two young sons.

Betty A. Dent

Lead Grant Writer

Native of Winston-Salem. Graduate of Carver High School and North Carolina Central University. Betty has resided in New Jersey since 1963, except for a 12-year hiatus in Atlanta, GA. Most of her career was spent as a buyer or in administrative positions.

For the past five years or more, Betty has partnered with her brother, Jerry, on his vision to uplift the economic status of residents of underserved communities by, initially, hiring them in his own business.
